^ Need for Speed Shift ^

after buying undercover at release, and packing it back up for return after 15 mins has really made me think twice about the franchise. funny enough i didnt mind pro street somewhat, i have lost my appetite after undercover and will be waiting to see what others think of it before i buy this.

good point :)
IMO MOST WANTED is the best so far

i dont see point in veyron being there. only good on straight lines. otherwise looks nice.

edit: i guess they could not afford Ferrari car license , would be nice do

NFS most wanted = win.

Perfect combination betwen arcady skill, good graphics and was complemented by a story line, albeit very very VERY shallow :D

Looking at the showroom pictures and how the game doesn't quite look like an out and out sim, it could be the PC equivalent of Gran Turismo.

Which is not a bad thing.

I wouldn't go that far.

Ohh, I pray to god this game has the proper car sounds. I really wanna hear that SLR Spitfire rumble!

How far would you go then?

Like I said, it doesn't look like a sim and those showrooms are very reminiscent of the Gran Turismo series. All the gameplay footage suggest to me that the game will be more like Gran Turismo, I would say like Forza as well but I haven't played it.

Please let this game turn out good. It has so much potential, and if it comes out as a better version of GRID then I will be happy. Obviously what I really want is a remake of Need For Speed Hot Pursuit, but I can't see that happening unfortunately.

so how many NFS's have their been since Underground now?

I got Undergroud, underground2 and carbon on the GC/ps2, most wanted on the xbox1. Thats about it.

Pro street was a load of crap imo, i stopped playing them since then.
