Much better (and cheaper).. ;)

- I opted for the K version CPU, it can be overclocked if needed and is the same price. :D
- The mobo you picked is on pre-order, this Gigabyte is just as good if not better.
- RAM is a touch expensive, the below kit (buy 2x) is £20 less.
- Wouldn't ever touch the OcUK branded PSUs (no offense OcUK). This Corsair is much nicer.

EDIT: What is this rig going to be used for? If it is just gaming, then get the i5-3570K instead for £80 less. The difference in performance (when gaming) will not be noticeable.

I read on these forums that OcUK PSU's aren't anything to write home about, apparently.
Consider a different (branded, e.g. OCZ, Antec, Corsair etc.) PSU perhaps.
Plus you won't really need a 750w PSU unless you have some serious GPU's or other hardware to run in the system.
