Even 4.2ghz isnt a big downfall, the i5 2500K is pretty uch the fastest CPU anyways, so your just making it faster.

Buy the better PSU now rather than later because it'll be cheaper in the long run and save you the hassle of trying to sell your old one. What are the quality of the lepa units anyway, if it was me I'd rather invest my money in a tx750 or xfx 750 core.

+1, Overall a higher quality board build wise.

the NAXN 750W is a mid-range Sirfa power supply sold under the Enermax brand.

It will be slower, a 2GB 6950 is faster than a 1GB GTX560ti.
