my spec is mobo=P5W DH Deluxe, 8800GTS 640, 2GiG ram, stock cooler.
hi guys can some give me some advice on clocking my setup pls i know i can use the software option but i would prefer to use the bios so any tips and instrution would be very welcome.

Personally I found that mobo got a little too hot for my likings, I'd recommend stripping it down and replacing their useless thermal pads with AS5 (and the CPU if you haven't).

I lost all my settings for running it at 3.6ghz (though you wouldn't get that out of a default cooler) so hopefully someone more knowledgable than myself will help you.

Though thats a 25% Overclock :p.

Thanx for the tips the idle temp did drop to 26c after a few mins seems ok just ran 3dmark06 with no trouble may do a bit more reading on clocking cus there are a lot of things in the bios with this board i don't know wether to leave them on auto or disable. thanx again for your help.

These are the settings I used to run at 3.6ghz.
