need help guys with a cpu!

As far as I know about Turbo, it's only in thread limited situations, say it'll turbo to 3.8GHZ for one thread, 3.6GHZ when using 2, etc.
Or it might turbo at TDP limits.

Can you set the turbo on non K series cpu's to apply to all cores like you do for clocking K series cpu's. The 4771 has a turbo of 3.90Ghz which i believe is just for a single core. With a board capable of clocking, if you changed the multiplier to apply to all cores, add a tad voltage wouldn't you now have a non k series cpu clocked at 3.9Ghz on all cores? Or doesn't it work with these ones?

i will be overclocking the gtx card in its normal bios, will not be pushing voltages, what do you guys think of the rig anything you would change?
There is no reason NOT to get a K chip, and there is No reason to not overclock (even slightly say 4Ghz) there is literally NOTHING to be afraid of. You WILL get more out of your system and it WILL take you though a longer time period.

and a note on your GPU. When boosting your voltages will go up automatically, honestly It wont hurt your card and again there is nothing to be afraid of. You cant "overclock the gtx card in its normal bios" without using a custom bios (That will void your warranty with most manufacturers). You Can use a program like MSI afterburner/EVGA Precision X to overclock your card, It is a very simple affair and you Will have to up the voltage anyway.
