My PC can do this time to time... i believe it could be todo with the mobo and ram... if not just the mobo.
Many times i get annoyied as the PC will power up but DO nothing!! the mobo doesnt even boot up... (can tell this my listening to the CPU fan going quieter when it does boot up).
Am currently flashing my bios to see if that helps...
Mine usually works if u switch the PSU off (switch) and back on after few seconds and try again...

EDIT: also running a corsair (HX520w) ... but i dout they are he problem ?
