Of course the decision is up to me, but I need some friendly advice! I have 3 unconditional offers for Civil Engineering that I am considering and your opinions are more than welcome!
1. Sheffield University - Cheap to live city that I like a lot, good reputation, feels like a comfortable place to be.
2. Bristol - The city seemed ok, a bit too busy maybe, really liked the people there (tutors and students), and they say I can take a year studying abroad in USA/Australia which sounds interesting. Reputation better than Sheffield I think?
3. Imperial - I live near London (it is a lot closer than the other 2 unis) and like the place the most out of the 3. The cost is small concern , I won't be able to enjoy all of the city life. It's the best in the UK for the course too and has a terrific reputation that should help give me a boost in the job market. But I'm not sure if I would get the whole uni experience going there? And I believe it is full of overworking geeky men...
Thanks for any help given.
