Need help picking ram for ryzen

Sems to be but al check at home, what does B die mean for my ram? Is it like a good clocker or something.

Does anyone have any experience with the Corsair RGB Pro kits? I am looking at this for my Ryzen 2600X build. I am not after all out speed, this is the kit I am looking to buy: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/cors...00c16-3200mhz-dual-channel-kit-my-4bh-cs.html

It won't be Samsung B-die, it'll most probably be hynix like my non-RGB ram with same timings and voltages. I did have issues with my 3200 RAM on x370 initially, I still have to run it at 1 step slower, 3066MHz, as with 32GB(8GBx4) as it's slightly unstable @3200MHz.

At 3066MHz I have tightened up the timings a bit so it almost makes up for the slightly slower than rated speed, but with 4 RAM sticks I knew I was going to have a harder time getting them to run at their rated speed. With 2 RAM sticks you should be OK getting it to run their rated speed just don't expect them to be supper clockers, once you have them stable you could try reducing the sub-timings - that's up to you.

for the ease of ryzen

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £298.68 (includes shipping: £8.70)

not sure what board your running ?

also @CorsairChris maybe to lend some knowledge

Managed to get the 16gb kit of 3200mhz for a good price. I know it will be hynix but for my purposes and budget it should do the job. Only going to be running the 2600x with the Gigabyte x470 Ultra gaming.

Vengeance RGB Pro works fine with Ryzen, let us know how you get on! :)

Thanks Chris :)

I know how Ryzen can be but I also know that board manufacturers have been putting in a lot of work regarding memory compatibility as of late. If I run it at XMP and have to drop it a notch for stability but then frees me up to do a bit of timing tweaking. :)
