How is this looking? I am planning to run 3 monitors, should I keep the 4Gig cards, or just go for 3 2 gig?

Water hardware wise you should now have everything. Just add some fans for your rads, flavour of the month are usually the Scythe GTs but the new Corsair SP120s are VERY tasty - pick the ones you think look the nicest imo. You may also consider using a fan controller (Bitfenix Recon would do; good, cheap and looks nice).

When picking cards that will fit full cover blocks use this: http://www.coolingconfigurator.com/step1

Go with 2 x 2GB cards imo, adding a 3rd just means more watercooling hardware needed. As I say, 4GB will be plenty for 5760*1080 and it's the clock speeds that'll make the big differences.

You know the 670 FTW? I really would've gone for that if it was 4GB, I will be playing everything Ultra, at 5760*1080 and I still want to be getting full frames, how can I acheive this with 2GB cards?

I might not even cool the graphics cards, if that's what I have to do...

4GB (2x2GB) should be more than enough memory to run at that resolution. As I said it's higher clock speeds that'll give you the increases in FPS without going for a card with more shaders.

Gonna say it again cos I need to go sleep. Slow down a bit mate and before you order anything get on the phone to OcUK, you'll not only get sound advice from the forums but you'll get that from the staff there too; one of few decent companies out there that'll dish out honest advice and won't try and sell you what you don't need.

Also, just clicked on your profile and are you actually 12? I'm thinking that must be a mistake, seems a lot of PC for a 12 year old. ;)

Are you good at modding? You have to mod the bottom of the 800d to fit a 240 radiator down there.

I do highly recommend you research everything as you seem to update your shopping list like they are toys. Slow it down buddy :) There is a sticky up on the top of this part of forum, have a look!

If you ain't good at modding, get your self a NZXT switch 810 case. You can fit a 360 rad at top and a 240 rad at the bottom without needing to mod anything.

Also, XSPC RX 360 watercooling kit is a brilliant piece of equipment.
