Firstly, can you take a photo of all your BIOS screens as they are right now?
Secondly, it looks like the SSD drive isn't on the port SATA0 on your motherboard. It shouldn't make too much difference, but I like my boot drive to be the plugged into the very first port on the motherboard. Unless you have some cabling reason for not doing this, I would change it.
To format the drives, you can use a Windows installation disc. When you get to the "Where do you want to install Windows?" screen, delete any partitions from drives that don't show as "unallocated space" in the description. If you have two drives (1 HDD and 1 SSD), you'll end up with two listing left in the list - "Drive 0 Unallocated space" and "Drive 1 Unallocated space".
