Need New External Hard Drive...

Howdy all,

Just as the title says, I'm looking to purchase a external hard drive. However, I'm rather clueless as to what I should go for. I'm looking for storage capabilities in the 250-500 gb range. Also, I don't wanna put a dent in my wallet so I'm looking the to fork out around 60-70?

Any reccos would be greatly appreciated.

Does it need to be portable or not? If it needs to be easy to carry around then take a look at the Western Digital My passport range. A 320GB model can be got for around £60.
