Only in reference to people who have already broken the rules! "What happens if I break the rules?":
For persistant and deliberate rule-breakers your account will be "Nuked". That means you are no longer welcome on these forums and your account will no longer function. If you re-register, your new account will be nuked immediately.

Nothing about having multiple accounts if you haven't broken rules!

Perhaps it's not as clear as it should be, but KPeh's interpretation is not correct. Multiple accounts - regardless of the reasons - will normally see you banned. We are currently discussing the situation before we make a decision.

We shouldn't continue this here as it's quite off topic, but please email me an explanation as to why you felt it necessary to register a second account.
