Hi guys, I know this is the wrong section but I've had no luck anywhere else.

I added a bunch of parts to my cart and went to order them for a new build I'm doing. Added in my card security number and pressed OK.

I keep getting this message : "Sorry, but the payment process has failed. Response: (100) Timeout reading from socket"

Anyone shed some light or is it my internet?

You're probably better off asking in the OcUK Customer Service sub-forum (you should get a reply by tomorrow morning), but that error message sounds like it's a problem on the server side (at their end) assuming that the your connection to all other sites and payment systems is fine.

Yeah, I had just bought some LED strips off eBay using my card and have used it multiple times today to deposit money and use it in shops. I'll take a look at the forum and submit a ticket. Thanks for the help.

You may want to remove the competitor talk buddy :D - As per the issue i think it's there server myself also. Seems a few people are mentioning this issue :). as suggested speak to OcUK customer service & let them work there magic :)

Not building anything special, moved into a new flat with a house mate and he gave me £700 to build him a gaming PC with all the accessories like monitor, keyboard etc. Just doing some budget stuff really, AMD FX6300, R9 270x that sort of thing, enough to get him stable FPS on BF4 etc:)

Hope the issue is sorted soon I like overclockers as I built my first PC from here haha

may be worth your time to ask in a new post in general hardware for someone to spec a system for you,

Stulid in particular is extremely talented in getting the best equipment for your money bar none

I had problems a couple of days ago - I had filled in the form but was getting 'Enter desired delivery date'. Rung them, 5 minutes later order had been placed. Now I just want the items to arrive!
