Need some help

The council has given a verdict that no music/entertainment or anything is allowed out of a certain restaurant after 9pm. This was a couple of months ago and they seemed to have went along with the rule. But now the people resume to play music EVEN AFTER 3am in the morning, and as I live like next door I can hear everything. What should I do? They know that they are not allowed and that they are disturbing the neigbourhood.

No point really going to them and telling them as they will ignore as they have done before, should I call the police?

Tell the council. Have you never watched, 'Noise Squad' on the BBC? The restaurant could have certain licenses revoked if they fail to adhere to the instructions.

I know, instead of contacting the council, environmental health or even the police get on to an internet forum who know nothing about the full circumstances and ask them.
