ignoring is exactly what im trying to do!
but my little brother keeps asking for games, obviously he wants them on his new computer :| and the guy just keeps going how lazy i am and that i should never ask for anything from him ever again, and that he will actually PAY people to come over our house, install the games and then i can see how wrong i am.
so how am i meant to ignore it, i guess nodding and agreeing to everything he says is the best idea, and installing some demos would do the job, he wont know the difference between full game and demo.
you know, i would put my spare 8800gt or 3850 in that pc.. but being an "all in one" i can't fit anything in there![]()
you could try one of those can i run it type of sites and that should tell you the lack of gfx card is killing the machines gaming abilities![]()
i cant get the OcUK basket copier extension to work (stoopid chrome update) but show him an equivalent value prebuilt system with a monitor from OcUK. picking a 22" monitor should bring the total to £396.94
no monitor though, and probably the OP one came with speakers, mouse and/or keyboardYOUR BASKET

Build I put together in 5 minutes. Nice little ITX build with a decent CPU and what is a monster of a GPU for the same price as the PC he bought. Is it perfect? No, but it's 1000x better than what he bought.
Show him benchmarks of the 7950 compared to the integrated graphics which should paint a pretty clear picture in his mind. Also, see if the PC can be returned if he finally sees the error of his ways and build him something similar to that.
Granted this doesn't include the monitor but if it has to fall within the 600 pound mark you could drop the 7950 for a 7850 which should leave you enough room for a monitor and still be a beast of a gaming rig.
Why don't you tell him to buy the games he wants, and that you will install them if he gives them to you? And if they don't run, its his fault for buying such a terrible PC. There's no way he should expect you to buy the games, after all.
Don't argue with idiots.
If he keeps calling you stupid, tell your mum to sort it out or kick his teeth in. Not really, but how can you put up with verbal abuse over nothing?
good idea! ill suggest him that)
he's a bit.. well special! I'm really not going to kick in just for verbal abuse but yeah its weird when you offer someone your help and then you get called stupid because he made the mistake, actually less than hour after he got the pc i said "the best thing for you to do now is to pack it back in the box and return it" his response was "ill better take it outside and smash it then listen to you"
funny guy, sucks that i have to deal with him.
