Need your help changing my body structure!

If i post exactly what i eat and the nutritional values i'l be here for a week doing it and wont get to the gym at all! :p

Lazy sod :D. But seriously, at some point down the line you are going to need to get extremely particular about what and when you eat to achieve that Mens Health look.

Cut out the fried eggs, chicken burgers, bacon, sausages, egg fried rice, jam/marmalade and sweeteners - replace with more chicken, fish, pasta, hard boiled eggs, think about protein shakes too.

edit - do you drink alcohol?

I do drink but very very rarly. Like once a month i'l have a couple of singles. The fried eggs are fried with next to no oil so cant be that bad? The chick burgers are fillet burgers. I buy the best bacon and sausage i can get, i was told its good for protein? Egg fried rice gives me a chance to get rice into my diet which is good? The jam and marmalade is used occasionally + you gota have somthing you like?!!!

I already eat loads of chicken and pasta but i dont want to have chicken and pasta every day! Gets boring.

I have got some whey that i use to.

I'm not saying those things are that bad, but they could be better. To get a physique like you see on MH you need to have a helluva strict diet. Seriously, every single thing you put in you needs to be measured, flavour is secondary, especially if you're on a student budget.

Fried eggs are no different to any other kind of egg, eat up.

If it genuinely is quality stuff, i.e not supermarket rubbish loaded with nitrates and fillers then again, eat up.

Variety is important for instance protein sources for this week for me: pork, eggs, beef, cheese, chicken, yoghurt, tuna, fish, rabbit, wild boar, whey, seeds, nuts, (raw buffalo) milk, quorn.

Forget the idea that you need to exist on some bland repetetive diet, it was only when I started enjoying real food that I made decent progress. I'm already salivating at the thought of sunday lunch, mmm goose fat..

He doesn't need to post any values, but it will help him in the long run. You really need to see exactly what you're taking in to be able to analyse it. It's second nature for me, and you I expect, to know what you're eating and what are the nutritional values of that food.

That's raw buffalo milk, though I have eaten rare buffalo steak.

You've inspired me to go to the next farmers market we have round here, on the 13th I think.

Buffalo milk just sounds so damn.......... manly

I have buffalo milk all the time when im in india as my grandads got about 10 buffalo's. I think it tastes better than normal cow milk. Must have more fat in it though!
