Indeed it does

I'm back on my computer now, awaiting my injection for 4.30 then i'm being looked after again after that. Need a week of care after every injection as instructed by the hospital!. Then it's 3 months of self injections but I should be ok and not need so much care

Neil, just out of interest do you get much exercise?

I remember reading in the paper a while back that more young people are being hospitalised with blood clots and it's due to being immobile in front of a PC all day at home and at work.

I know you said that it runs in your family but making sure you're more active can't hurt, right?

Although there have been a number of cases in the media completely distorted and/or blown out of proportion, there is no doubt that regular exercise will massively reduce the chance of blood clots forming.
