Neptune was Roman god of freshwater
Only "freshwater" I can see in any PC is.. in cooling system. Maybe some kind of watercooling + Peltier (aka Trident) module.

Otherwise.. what else can be invented within "few months" of spare - as I presume - time ? Aaah.. I know ! I know ! I know ! This must be watercooling of FEW elements, like CPU + GPU(s), eventually RAMs.

My guess is maybe a fan/pump controller? If its nothing to do with water then maybe the power to be in control of the flow (air or water).

I don't know what you guys have against splashback though. I find it rather refreshing .
