I was really hoping for the splash-back defense (I really don't enjoy receiving a "Neptune's Kiss" while curling one out), but I guess I'll settle for the stand. My 5:4 Samsung 19" will look the shizz hanging on that bad boy.

Does not need to attach to your desk, the base is designed to prevent tipping over.
