Never ending dandruff?!

As said, not same as op but I had

Head and shoulders - fail
Tea tree - fail
Nizoral - fail
Steroid - win

Sunlight did help, stress inflamed it

Indoors a lot? The house very dry with the heating on most of the time?

Tea tree did nothing for me either. Tried several brands. It smells nice tho :p

I find Tea Tree shampoo awful. It really dried out my hair. The little Tea Tree oil bottles are great for nettle stings though.

use some sort of oil on your scalp.

baby oil, almond oil, coconut oil, etc.

you want to do it after a shower (when you have washed away your bodies natural oils).

it has to penetrate the scalp so the longer your hair the more oil you will need to use.

if you have extremely short hair you can just use moisturiser.

don't believe in oil shampoos because it's in your hair for like 10 seconds then gets washed away. the skin needs to soak it in which requires 10-15 minutes minimum.

No, mine is seborrheic dermatitis

I'm very sorry to have to tell you, but this is THE only sure way of getting rid of it. I wish you all the best and hope all goes well (and you survive)

Shave your hair off. I used to suffer with mild dandyness but since shaving my dome, no dandyness for a few years!!

Is it dandruff (actual skin flakes) or is it just white. As mentioned hair product can look like this, more likely is excessive shampoo (which can obviously be compounded when you're anxiously trying to remove it with more shampoo).
Try going a few days of not washing your hair (wash it with water, just no soap/shampoo).

When I hit thirty (eight years ago) I started losing my hair - the big strip on top not the sides. Side effect was itching and dandruff. I basically clipper it all off with no grade and use a small amount of Alpecin anti-dandruff. Keeps the crusting at bay for me and I can look more like the dude from Hitman :)

how about anti dandruff shampoo?

Lol, never worked, in my time of using it

I heard mustard works for this but never tried it myself.

Im starting to believe mustard is a legit...answer xD

Cut all your hair off?

But my hair is who i am!! i am nothing without it :(

Have you tried hunting and killing the queen dandruff?

note: this could rid you of the rest or it could make the dandruff more aggressive.

Im not high enough level yet, still need to level up my endurance and strength stats, before I unlock her

Coal Tar shampoo, Polytar is good, although it might be hard to find as the EU banned it due to carcinogenic properties.

although this is bull, and it is currently being re-licenced in the UK for distribution in 2016 hopefully.

the mix up was due to people who worked in coal tar production having high cancer rates, not related to using the stuff as a shampoo.

my mate swears by it.
