They're very close to the 4080 Super price/perf unfortunately, so not much has changed with this release except that at the same price you're getting an upgrade that is a bit better.

The 5080 is disappointing, as brother @Tetras mentioned there close to the 4080 super.
The big benefit for the 5000 series is MFG (multi frame generation) which generates more take frames than the 4080 , it's something to look into.
Have a look at reviews etc to see if it's worth the upgrade
