AMD say no to the games with new cards, so first thing I have to remove the games otherwise they will have me shot.

AMD literally just copied Nvidia's bussiness idea of "new" cards
Time to buy an AMD card is now and its certainly not the "new" gen people should buy.
The 7850 is £10 more than the 260X and is decently more powerful, just missing a sound chip which is an unknown quantity.
7870's are ~£10 less than the 270 and the 7950 is only a little more.

So basically a rebadge and slight tweak to clock speeds to initiate confusion and hopefully some suckers will be tempted by the 'new! Shiny!' And buy them/get ripped off by paying more for an old card with some vajazzling? I am disappoint.
Hmm seems the preorder low then increase price when stock arrives is in effect here, I've only checked a few of them(e.g. the Asus one is £326 up from £320 on preorder). Guess anyone wanting the ones still on preorder better get them preordered or there'll be a price hike, I wouldn't be surprised to see the toxic go up to almost £300 especially after the review mentioned in the separate thread.
