ToxicTBag, if it's in the first year your contract is with the retailer so it's OCUK you should be sorting a RMA out with.

The Asus Rep moved to AMD as far as I am aware. I noticed on the place where Asus was doing UK RMA replacement/repairs it now says this:VoG said:I'm afraid Asus's UK RMA support has indeed evaporated, there RMA process is pretty atrocious these days, hence our "friend" AsusRep is no where to be seen. so be warned, some folk have been known to wait in excess of a month for there mobo RMA's to be dealt with.
Creative Computing said:PLEASE NOTE. WE NO LONGER PROCESS ORDERS FOR ASUS RMA REQUESTS. IF YOU REQUIRE THIS SERVICE PLEASE CONTACT ASUS UK SUPPORT ON 0870 1208340 OR FOLLOW THIS LINK http://rma.asus.de/pick_eu/uk/

That is just it! they are getting worse it seems, Asus lost their UK Rep and also removed the Scotland RMA centre.skunksta said:Glad to hear asus getting its act together .
I'm wanting the Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD4, still not in stock at OcUK yet others have it in stock as of Friday. At least Gigabyte have a UK RMA centre with quick turnaround.rolypolyman said:Well I was just about to order an Asus Z68 motherboard. Have to rethink after reading this thread, maybe go Msi instead tho they are a bit pricey on here.
