Looks like quite a few of Asus' new upcoming OLED monitors were leaked. Some pretty crazy specs on them as well and it seems like we're finally getting the proper RGB stripe layout across almost all of these releases - and True Black 600 too!

The FHD ones appear likely to not be a problem in terms of income text clarity with the Windows compatible Vertical RGB strip as they're 5th generation panels - and it looks like, from the initial leaks, that the two QHD models will be split between 5th and 4th gen. The 400hz will be 5th gen with RGB stripe and TB600, the 320HZ will be 4th Gen, TB500 and the usual triangle RGB pixel structure.

PG32UCDN: 32" 4K 360Hz QD-OLED
XG32UQDS: 32" 4K 180Hz QD-OLED
XG27AQDNGR: 27" QHD 400Hz QD-OLED
XG27ACDMSR: 27" QHD 320Hz QD-OLED
XG259QDPG: 24.5" FHD 560Hz QD-OLED
XG259QDNS: 24.5" FHD 360Hz QD-OLED
PG259QWS: 24.5" FHD +600Hz WOLED (above 600Hz: S naming scheme)

I wonder if the PG32UCDN will be a triple mode monitor similar to the MSI model recently announced.

**edit, I see it is. And probably comes with that stupid stand that I hate......and yes I know I can replace it with a VESA mount.

Really unsure on the whole triple mode thing, 1440p is going to look awful.

And yeah, agreed on the stand. The PG stands are awful compared to the newer XG ones, no idea why Asus are so stubborn about adjusting it.

There’s an element of stand support capabilities to it. I put the PG32UCWM on the stand for the XG32UQWMS the other day during testing but it’s too heavy and sags on the height adjustment. Will vary of course but it’s not always a simple swap

Perhaps, if you're swapping stands between monitors. But if Asus were to supply a similar stand for their new monitors it would be designed for that weight using different materials or construction.

Yes if they changed the design it would, but I guess my point was more that they can’t simply supply the Swift series with the current Strix stand. Which I realise wasn’t what was being discussed; it was more of a random observation:)

There's also a few connectors that are different too between the stands (although more of an issue using an XG model on a PG stand).

I had the PG27AQWP-W (540hz WOLED) alongside the XG27AQDPG (500hz QD) and the PG model can go on the XG stand - but the XG model can't go on the PG stand!

I do hope Asus will consider a design chanel for the PG/Swift series, I do travel with monitors a fair bit and the XG stand being that much better than the PG stand is one of the reasons I ended up sticking with the 500hz QD model of the 540hz WOLED.

They could always have it close, stylistically, to the XG version but with a 'PG' take on it with more a premium build, the usual RGB etc. thrown in.

4 24 inch OLEDS. I’m hoping that the 540hz WOLED is RGB stripe and 1440p. Any information on these @Baddass?
Edit: oh no I got too excited. That’s just them including the one they already announced I think. :(.
More info coming tomorrow from Gamescom when they’ll be fully unveiled. Look out for our coverage later this week. I’m en route now :)

AWhoever come up with these model number naming schemes need a slap
Asus' ones aren't too bad compared to some of the others, MSI are on a whole different level for their monitor names, it's like someone punched a keyboard. They've finally started doing 'X24/X50' etc. to denote refresh rate but it's still a huge mess for anyone trying to search for a specific monitor.

Asus' naming scheme sort of makes sense?

First two letters are the 'range' (PG=Swift, XG=Strix), then it's the size, then next to two letters are your resolution (UC=4k, AQ=1440p, 9Q=1080p) then I think 'D' relates to QD and 'W' for the WOLED screens?

No idea about the letter - but for my current one its:

PG(Swift)27(size)UC(4k)W(WOLED)M (?)

Thanks yeah that does have some logic :) I suppose I'm also meaning it's hard to work out which monitors are newer etc as well.

Ah yeh 100%, I think more companies should copy Dell/Alienware by putting the year in the name.

AW2725DF is super easy to know it's the 27" model released in 2025. AW2726DM is then the 2026 version, keeps it super clear what year they've been released.

I'm just happy to see something "new" for once, instead of the old "lets release the same as everyone else". Would be nice to see a 24" 1440p OLED, but considering it took years to get a decent amount of choice of 24" 1440p high refresh LCD panels, it seems unlikely.

They’re all 1080p. Words cannot describe my devastation.
I’m weirdly very tempted by the 560hz 1080p QD OLED, spec sheet looks fantastic.

Big shame there wasn’t at least one 1440p 24.5” option, would have been good to compete with the new Zowie monitor and as much as I don’t mind 1080p for competitive fps, the extra pixel density of 1440 helps massively with aliasing.

The specs do look great, it’s a shame it has a matte coating. Glad they went with RGB stripe panels. Another shame that the WOLEDs didn’t. I can’t imagine RGWB looking pleasant at 1080p.
On the bright side my ideal monitor is closer than it was a few weeks ago. It’ll come eventually.

Is it actually a proper matte coating? I saw some images of it at Gamescom and it looks like the usual anti-glare semi gloss that are on all QD-OLEDS - although that could have been the camera angle for the picture. I wasn't sure if it was them trying to put a difference between the 'true black' glossy on the WOLEDS vs. the not quite as glossy QD. I guess @Baddass will know a lot more on this side.

And yeah 100% agree about RGB stripe for the QD 1080p models. Big shame WOLED is the non-standard format.

I really go back and forth on wanting a dedicated 1080p high refresh monitor for competitive fps games, I'm really enjoying the PG27UCWM right now and I do exclusively use the 480hz 1080p mode for comp fps - but potentially it would be nice to have a dedicated panel for it. It'll be interesting to see costs/release dates.

Fair point, hopefully it’s just their standard coating.
I believe it’s 1099 USD and Q4 debut for the flagship. The 720hz Woled will be the official monitor for the Counter strike major in December so interesting to see the reception there. Not too sure about 1080p at 27 inches I’m not the biggest fan of it on 24 even. As you might have guessed:D.
Right now I think the pg27AQWP is still the best competitive fps monitor. 1440p 540hz but no RGB stripe and 27 inches keep it from being perfect in my eyes.
