Care to explain why?
On the subject of M5 vs. RS6. Sure, the BMW may well be a better car to drive, but in the real world no one's going to notice.
It's simply impossible to push either of the cars to the limit on UK roads. If you were to take both cars to a track then the BMW would probably be labelled as better drivers car. Fair enough.
However, for driving on the road, what people want is a fast, refined, comfortable, luxurious, classy, well-built, family carrying, cruising machine. That's the RS6.
Besides, the sort of person who's spending this amount of money on a car could probably afford something a little special for the weekends.
In the real world, the Audi RS6 is the better choice. Clarkson once said that for one lap of a track he'd take an M3, but for every other day he'd take an S4.
That's what I imagine the RS6 is supposed to be like. It's an ego massager - no driving skill required.
Probably because the box would get chewed to bits by such a brute of an engine - not unlike the e60 M5's transmission! But they don't do a proper manual box![]()
Not without driving like a merchant banker anyway.its not impossible to push these cars to the limit on UK roads.
Based on the rest of the A6 range, I'm guessing 208 mph too.
your license needs a welsh accent badly.
That one your going to have to elaborate on mate!![]()
The DVLA is in Swansea![]()
Doh! - I need to goto bed - I've been up since 4PM yesterday.....![]()
No driving skill required? I bet theres plenty in breakers yards that prove that theory very wrong.
Powerful cars require a lot of driving skill - you get into trouble a whole lot quicker - TC/ DSC / ASC / BSD) or not.
I don't envy you, working nights.

I said no driving skill required to drive fast, I didn't mention anything about not dying in the process.
