1833MHz at the same timings as 1600MHz will give a slight performance increase. So if you can find C9 1866MHz RAM for the same price more or less it's better than C9 1600MHz.
ended up ordering the Asus GTX670 Nvidia 2GB card, 4670k, Asus Z87-K, 8GB of Corsair LP RAM 1600, Silver Arrow CPU Cooler, 600wat Corsair cooler all housed in a Fractal R4 case with a 1TB HDD.
