New Build approval please

I have finally decided to build a new system, just wanted to know your opinions on it. Also I have not included a PSU as I already have a bequite darkpower 650w which I assume should be fine with this set up.

Ah forgot I will need win 7 64 bit......I currently have this (homepremium) on my current system, can I reuse the key for this as my old system will no longer be using this (selling the parts to recoupe some of the cost of this new system)

q1) Do I really need a sound card ?
q2) Is there a better set up for this kind of budget?
q3) Have i forgotten anything?
q4) Do i need aftermarket TIM ?

you could save £100 by getting a gtx 480 and use the diffrence for a 2600k or an ssd?

the psu would be fine either way

thanks for a quick response, I am already choosing the 2600k, SSD is way too expensive now adays, however, the 480 may be good, but i think it runs hotter and has more power draw??

I wa slooking at 2 threads at the same time and thought i read 2500k
it does, however the power draw isnt massive diffrence, and £100 is a £100 for pretty much the same performance and would get you a 60gb ssd that would make the pc feel massivly better

Ive used oem windows on more than 1 system you may need to ring microsoft up when you install but thats all and its a free number so no big deal
