Right click those two sections that make up the 2TB drive and delete the volumes.
Don't do that mate.... he won't be able to boot into windows nor will a repair work unless windows is smart enough to recreate the 100meg boot partition

Hes done/doing a fresh install to the SSD with the SATA cable detached to the 2TB.
but the 100meg boot partition still remains on the 2TB ? I'm![]()

No worries.... OP just unplug the 2TB and see if you can boot.... If you can then it's safe to say that you can delete the partition on the 2TB drives if not you're dependent on the 100meg boot part on the 2TB which means...........................................

last night i reinstalled windows on ssd with hdd unpluged and booted up without hdd pluged in ..does this help ...John
i have put some files on f drive will i lose these if i delete it ...
right i think were there now...i have deleted the 2 partitions and now left with this....![]()
