New build system fails to boot after a Restart

I do have EZ Debug LED on the board. When it gets stuck booting it has ‘DRAM’ lit up but have tried two RAM kits. Both the same manufacturer however..
Then I'm wondering if it's the CPU that's the problem ,mite be worth buying a 7600 to try and return it within 14 days.

Trying 2 of the same memory is not a good idea because you can't definitively rule out compatability problems.

Thanks again. Have ordered a 7600, some Corsair Vengeance DDR5 and a different board just incase from Amazon.. Hoping one of those fix it.

Otherwise it’s definitely back to AM4. What a headache AM5 is, never experienced anything like this.

‘Over Current Have Been Detected On Your USB Device!!

thats normally the usb-c plug has been installed into the motherboard back to front, i would unplug it for now and see if that error goes away, normally the usb-c plug is keyed one way so if its gone in the wrong way the plug on the motherboard may be damaged, i would advise not to plug it back in as it will cause a short and the over current message will appear.

Let's us know how you get on .
Thanks everyone on this thread for all your help.

Finally fixed. It was the CPU. The last part I tried. Fitted a new 7600 and it is absolutely fine.

Never seen this type or behaviour before. Not sure if it is faulty or some kind of incompatibility with the 7500F but at least it is fixed!

For future note, take the ez debug lights with a pinch of salt, they don't always show the correct light! I've seen faulty RAM appear as a CPU light on there plenty of times.

Sorry, just saw this thread..Nice you found the solution...and no, not an amd only issue. My work pc fails to reboot on rstart, and that running a intel i9 10900X..We source out our IT (they actually built the pc and installed it in office when I joined, butthey obv didn't check that)...they've failed to find the solution, even after complete windows reinstall etc, to the point it was just livewith it, so every 2 weeks on software update pushed to pc from it, i stay late after and do the reinstalls by hanging around and manually rebooting pc or coming in early next day to do it
