Im not fox but any 5 series in 3rd gear is like an atomic bomb, that goes doubly for the 530i.

huh? I guess you've never been in an actual fast car then. Even an M5 is not exactly like 'stepping on an atomic bomb', that is reserved for stuff like the Veyron or CCX with silly power.
