After the last year and a half driving around in my 1.0 Saxo, i finaly took the plunge and bought myself a new car! W00t :cool:

Got it on Saturday and gave it a good clean and took some photo's, sadly these are the only ones that came out, all the others were overexposed due to me not knowing how to use the camera and being excited :rolleyes:

It is soooo fast considering what i came from, and loving every minute of it, never looking back.

So here she is my Fiat Grande Punto 1.9 Sporting in New Orleans Blue on an 06 plate.
Bought it from a dealer used and had Leather Seats, Cruise Control, Climate Control and a Subwoofer as options.

No negative comments please, its what i wanted. I didn't want a Mondeo :p
 
I do love the styling on those, just like a mini Maserati. Haven't driven one yet though.

You do realise that saying the above will only provoke those who were going to be negative to be so anyway?

Personally I like the styling of the grande punto, but couldn't stomach the driving position. Nice wheels too :)
 
such a nicer shape compared to the older models, just hope it doesnt suffer mechanically like the old ones!

how much did you pay for it?
 
These have really grown on me the last couple of weeks. When i first seen them i was like, ughhh. But now i really want one. They look great.

Would love to see some interior pics when you have chance

I paid £10800 for it. Thought i got a good deal too considering if i had got that spec new the price would be £13790! :eek:

Thanks for all your great comments! :D Really do love this car, smile everytime i drive it.

Surprises a couple of people as well as they think that its just a punto.

Nice car, best colour IMO.

Nice spec too, leather is nice, climate is rare.

All it needed was Skydome to be perfect!

The 130 Sporting is pretty quick, does it have Blue & Me or the previous Bluetooth kit?

Edit : Just noticed it's Benfields Ex Demonstrator yeah>?
 
Very nice car.

Considered the Grande Punto a few weeks ago when we were hunting for a new motor, but wifey wanted a bigger 4 door hatch. :rolleyes:

Cracking motor though mate, looks fab.

How does it feel to drive?.
 
Brilliant choice of car, exactly what i'm getting (as soon as i pass :() Same model as well (1.9 sporting)

Nice car. Glad it's not a poverty spec one with grey bumpers though. It does look rather nice, infact it's the best looking Fiat in a long while ;)
 
Had a woman in work the other day looking for new wheels for her punto.....she was fit and the car is pretty nice. Ten times better than the old one to be honest. I would drive it...then again i would drive my mates clio :rolleyes:
