GT240's a good card (40nm, actually isn't a renamed one), i'd say that or the 5670 since the 4850 won't have resale value, will use more power, put out more heat, have less features and won't be a realistic option for putting in a HTPC if you wanted to do that further down the road. All for something like a 10% performance boost.

this review shows the weak 5670 compared in charts against a 4770, which in turn is a lot slower than a 4850
The Gt240 is slower again.
pretty obvious which will keep its value for longer due to the better performance, and with a Corsair HX620 psu, i dont think power is much of a concern.
