New computer, Sub £700

My IT teacher is really irritating...
Says we don't know anything, and we can't do anything, So i'm out of luch?
My brother is in 6 form and he got W7, is it 1 per family?

No idea I am afraid, perhaps get your brother to ask for you (if you can persuade him to) or ask your teacher..he might realise you know something then!

Yeah, my brother is in a different school.
But I will e-mail my IT teacher :)
My brother would ask though :P
Also I forgot my IT teachers name :/

does this look ok

Are you sure she wasn't talking like "save your work to the hard drive" - which would make sense. "Log off your hard drives its the end of the lesson" wouldn't. Also in speech it's unusual to use acronyms but if I did I probably would say " h double d" or "H dee dee" either I might (unlikley) use HD (rather just say hard drive) as after all "HD"[D] is hard disk [drive]. Your ICT teacher probably knows more than they let on. Most haven't got a clue about proper techy stuff but I guess most could still plonk a system together from bits even if they don't know what the difference is between 32nm and 40nm or PC2 or PC3 :p etc.

Talk to her tomorrow IRL. I thought it was only for HE or FE students really.

No she said turn on you're hard drives lol.
And said that put the keyboards on top of the hard drive

Talk to your teacher tomorrow. Pretty sure that student offers only counts for those Higher Education and Further Education too.

I could be completely wrong though! Anything is worth a try.

My packages are coming tommorow :)
Can't wait.
Also about the case?? Should I spend more so I can reuse it , also the same with PSU

Yeah it's the cheap £11 one. Very decent. Not to quiet, not to loud. But it is amazing!
Much better than my previous keyboards (some old hp from 2003)
