New computer, Sub £700

If you kept with a single GFX, board etc, you would be mad to pick that OCZ over this modular PSU - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-166-CM&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=1103

That's a great unit for the price modular too as you said. I've used one and would recommend it, i personally prefer the bequiet L8 630W as the cables are braided but the CM PSU is just as good.

550W would be enough to SLI the 460 freddie. 650W for 560ti's, 6950 or 7850s

Under load in futuremark benchmarking these figures show just over 500W

its up to you if u want to order in bits.
if u can afford it go for the X4 and G3/400 if u can afford it as ur gaming. instead of wireless. i currently have wireless and its not great for gaming. i've just bought a MX-50 keyboard

Mouse/keyboard/optical drives/coolers are indeed things which are unlikely to change much - so a good idea to buy them! I'd get a gaming mouse/keyboard over a wireless set anyday!

Ok, should I get optical drive when I get refund from company (sent toddler shoes instead of size 5 £40) then I'll get optical drive for £13 and mouse for £25 or otherwise???
Also do u like my new sig???
Also is the Emprex Cheata advanced good? its that ocuk black gaming keyboard???
Also should i post pics of all orders? lol

Ok, I made the sig myself, took parts off of the background.
I'll buy the Optical drive of somewhere else new DVD RW for £13 and it's samsung//????
Also the reason i want my own build is because my brothers rig is always used for HW course work and games and is mostly ocupied so if i get this i can game + not freeze while using utube unlike my laptop
also will haswell be 1155?? or a new socket like 1154?
also will the case do the trick??? i'm going to take pictures of the area where the computer will be as it is quite short. ill measure if my dad and me need to do any adjustments

Sound's reasonable.

Not sure on Haswell sorry, don't know what we know about it. You've just got to buy the best you can at the time, haswell is still a while away yet - Ivy Bridge just came out :p

Case looks fine yeah, it'll all fit in there. Just measure where you're putting it if you worried

ok, thanks
i'm buying optical drive and mouse and keyboard as they look like they wont be replaced????
I'll use the mouse for my laptop untill then?
or keep safe in the boxes for a month or 2?

Unless the stuff is on sale, then don't bother until you have all the money.

Also are you not going to have to pay for shipping a few times, if you make your orders more than once.
