New computer, Sub £700

I am, but cannot unleash the full potential till my HDD for old rig comes in the mail, on my laptop the games are very choppy :(
But I will be very happy soon :)

I am considering the Zalman Z11 for the case as it looks really really good and by the reviews it has lots of great features?
 
Oh yeah and guys, my brother has a student copy of W7 pro upgrade and has used it once, can we use it again or do I have to buy a new copy?
