New CPU, RAM and Motherboard and constant crashes and windows installation error when I try to reinstall any programs.

Ok then, Memtest was run to completion with zero errors and a big green PASS.

The new PSU is fitted, I played 20 minutes of Minecraft and no crashes as yet! So hopefully it is resolved now.

I would like to thank everyone who took the time to help me here. It was much appreciated.

Finally, what the heck is going on with the length of PSU cables now, this one barely reaches the desk.

This is the Crystal Mark Retro result.

That only tells you how the drive is performing, the SMART data is what you want. You can get it from Samsung Magician or CrystalDiskInfo.

If you had a 14th gen CPU I'd say it was broken 'cos that's a typical bad CPU error, but for an AMD CPU a search just gives generic advice about checking memory config, drivers, blahblah.

Do you please have a link to the relevant reports as I cannot find these on either Samsung Magician or crystaldisk.

So, where are you now then as I've lost track through the thread?

You've swapped the PSU but problem remains.
You updated the BIOS
You ran memtest with no errors

Have you tried running with the GPU removed yet?
Do you have another SSD to test with?
Have you done a full totally clean install of Windows?
Have you checked your CPU/mobo for physical damage e.g. bent pins in the socket?

Yes to all of the above apart from the GPU. The crashes happen mid-game and I need the GPU running.

I don't have another SSD.

Chuck the motherboard and CPU in the bin and go back to Intel is the best plan I have currently.

Click the SMART button.

With CrystalDiskInfo, as Rob_B said, it opens on the SMART screen (so long as you select the right drive).

GPU core & memory temps ok? 3080s were known for high mem temps.
If you've not run it without the GPU then does it 100% only happen in games? Do you use the machine for anything non-gaming for any length of time?

I can browse youtube videos or surf the net all day. The problems occur playing Minecraft Bedrock or after playing a Steam game for some time, I exit that game and the PC then crashes and restarts as soon as I hit the desktop.

It's a new motherboard, CPU and ram. Previously it was a 10700K and Z490, which worked fine.

There are no bent pins on the motherboard and I have repeated applying new thermal paste and re-fitted the fans, to no avail.
