New desk - what to get?

I got a desk from Focus ("Do it All" to most people) for £50 I think it was. The thing is massive, it's effectively 2 desks joined together using a corner piece so you can use it in the corner of your room. It's good because it can be used a 2 seperate desks, but it is glass and it doesn't have any shelf space.

It does have a nice PC floor cradle though.
 
Is there anything else like an ikea jonas out there ? ( without having it custom ) I love the simple space of it, with not crap you dont want. Unfortuantly i would have liked it to be a corner desk.

all shelfs are able to be left out of the build and it comfortably holds a midi tower somthing like a lian li pc7 would ft in there not sure on the size of the one your buying though

Did a mod delete my post? Picked up Ikea Fredrick with the underside drawer, build seems so-so. Parts fit with tongue and groove fit, main structure isn't through bolted for extra stiffness. Main shelf is only secure with 4 small screws, and top shelves are just placed ontop with nothing to secure them down, except for own fit fitting and spike through hole to stop it sliding forward/back.

So I think fine for home use, but not exactly build like a tank.
 
I've got the IKEA Galant Desk....Works for me :) It's big enough for most things so hey! Suits me well.
 
Any new ones out now? I did get one from Lidl which was perfect but I've moved and I couldn't bring it with me. Only prob is they won't get it till August again (unless someone knows where they get their stuff from?).
 
I have an AV amp and a V+ box (stacked) to go on the desk as well mate.

My current desk is 120cm wide, the extra 120cm won't make that much moe difference. I need something around 160cm wide.
