New essential Android apps thread

I'm in the same boat, got 2640 coins to spend but there isn't anything I want

I'm hoping they allow coins to be spent on music etc at some point, although I guess the fact that they've just given thousands of them out for free means that's unlikely. They'll probably end up expiring before I even use half of them.

The camera on my GPE M8 by default uses 16:9. Changing to 4:3 loses me megapixels :o

Still, it's nice to have manual exposure. Also, the Google Camera uses the depth sensor on the M8 so I don't have to do that annoying slide to blur :)

Except photobucket is the biggest pile of garbage in the universe. IMGUR's official app is the best bet and it allows you to copypasta BBcode links directly.

Simply take a shot using IMGUR's app (it uses the stock camera), click upload > profit > ???

But doesn't that post the photo at Full resolution???

I see the Ban Hammer coming out, in the Random Images thread for lots of people!! :D

Then make use of Android's multiple shading intents and install Reduce Image Size and:

1: Take photo.
2: Preview it.
3: Click share.
4 :Share it with Reduce Photo Size.
5: Reduce it to image thread resolution.
6: Click Share within it and share with IMGUR and continue from there.

A few extra steps but it takes seconds and dies the same job by resizing.

Best email app that can have both Hotmail and Gmail accounts running on it at the same time?

Edit just downloading mail. Ru app

Quite Happy with Google Music myself! allows me to access all 19,765 tracks (128Gb) I have stored up on Google's Servers for FREE!! :D

Don't care about Equalisers and Pre-Amps when I'm out walking or sat at my desk at work using a pair of Sony Headphones with so much background noise! (street or office/warehouse)
