check b450 support with 4 sticks. ryzen 3000 chips have better Memory controllers but if board is naff then makes it a bit more work

Sorry to resurrect this, but just when I was ready with my parts list I saw a couple of references to the fact that AMD4 is being phased out next year. Does anyone have any further information on this? Would it mean that any mobo I purchase now would not be capable of having a CPU upgrade in the future, and therefore may as well go 450 over 570 to save the pennies?
I was going to go for the 570 Aurus Elite mobo and get a wifi adapter for it.
I am also looking at the MSI Radeon RX 5700XT 8GB Evoke OC as my GPU - does anyone have any feedback on this card, or better suggestions for a similar price?
Following comments on the case I had selected am now going for a Phanteks Enthoo Pro ATX case (I had not realised how much of my budget would be spent on a case!)
Perhaps unsurprisingly I have exceeded my original budget and am now looking between £1500 to £1700 all in
