been looking at Asrock Extreme 4 gen3 or P8Z68-V gen3 and did disregarded the MSI Z68A GD65 (g3) now this makes it tempting again!
 
I'm rocking the Z68-GD65 Gen3, was a free replacement upgrade on my P67A from MSi.

I've only clocked my 2500k to 4.4Ghz at 1.21V but im more than happy with it.

I could run a couple of tests later for people and post results if you want?

Price + 20% VAT = £149.98
VAT = £25

Board = £149.98
-20% = £119.98

That is a brilliant deal, the MSI Z68A-GD65 (G3) for £119.98 makes a excellent gaming rig platform, got my 2500K clocked at 4.6GHz on Auto Volts using power saving features.

I bought the MSI Z68A-GD65 (G3) - 27th July 2011 the day of release in the UK and at OcUK. I have paid a premium of £159.98 inc vat, while you lot get it £40 cheaper! when I have to go through around 10 beta BIOS? to iron out all the bugs.

Now you get a promotion like this taking 20% off the current price of £149.98 with virtually a bug free motherboard, quite soul destroying really. :(

Now someone give me a good enough reason next time to be an early adopter of a motherboard lol.

Or the discount is for your vat back which is 20% of the excluding vat price. Which is hardly misleading as vat is plastered over the promotion. And the government says its 20% so stop trying to troll technicalities and say cracking deal like everyone else.
