sorry about the delay, I have changed the entire claim process to reduce this in future.
 
Got mine yesterday, just need to get to the bank.

HSBC for MSI, although they didn't put my middle name on the cheque which has been known to cause issues for me. Oh well.
 
mine deposited today got £24.10. Original price: £144.82
MSI came through at the end, just when i started to have my doubts.
Will deffo buy msi products again
