This is typical, I ordered mine on the 19th and it arrived today!
But this is the first time ever that I've ordered from OcUK and not received an invoice!!
Now what can I do? Can OcUK print out and send me an invoice with the correct date on it? If not OcUK have just cost me ~£25! (or whatever the 20% works out as).
Not impressed OcUK!!

On a side note I ordered a few other bits too and they were really badly packaged, my poor Xonar card was batter about and the capacitors were bent all over the place! Did I do something to really annoy whoever it was that packaged my items?
 
This might be a little obvious but are you sure the invoice wasn't slap on the outer box in a plastic wrap, normally this could also be the address label too.

contact ocuk, another guy had a similar thing and had their invoice emailed to them as pdf(just print off). think it was 5ub who delt with it.
 
OcUK are often sloppy at checking the invoice is in the box, I'm forever having to waste time requesting one via web note but the situation never improves :(
 
If you do not have an invoice, please use the customer service section of the forum and provide your order number and I can attach the PDF to the forum, save you waiting. :)
 
I decided on sending mine back in the end, I want to keep my R3E and cant be fussed with upgrading and selling .... but its been out for delivery all day and not arrived yet :(
 
no not yet, the claims need to be finalised by our accountant and she is on leave until after Christmas. I knew this was a possibility which is why the T&C ask for your patience stating

Thanks for the heads up. Can i get my invoice back? I've sent the original one in, becouse before i found this thread i was going by T&C's from the website and it states original invoice should be sent
 
Just checked I posted mine on the 16th Nov and was delivered on the 18th (sent it tracked!) which 12 weeks brings it to 10th Feb. They are cutting it fine!
