New GPU to go with new CPU (5800X3D)

I went from the exact same CPU and GPU to the 5800x3d and a 7900xtx and am loving the combo. Especially with the price drops on the 7900 cards it's worth looking at those!

I'm running that combo on a 750w Corsair PSU like you and haven't had any issues! No crashes at all thus far ...

Went for the sapphire Pulse XTX in the end although at today's prices I'd have gone for the Nitro+ as I paid that for the Pulse a couple of months ago!

As the 6950xt has 16 instead of 12 GB I'll probably go for that one, though I'm not looking to buy the GPU until next month anyway and just read somewhere online some new cards will get announced by the end of this month so I'll see what's what the first week of June I think.
Agreed Hogwarts loves vram in my experience

Thanks for that, that's helped me set up my mind.

I've seen a few different versions of that card, like the Sapphire and Nitro+ but not really sure what the difference between them all is ?

The Nitro+ has the best cooling solution and highest clocks but is a full on 3 slot card whereas the Pulse is I think more of a 2.5x slot size card with a slightly less high end cooling solution but still the same PCB as I understand it.

They're both made by Sapphire and I think there's another card in the range but can't recall it now although most seem to get either the Pulse or Nitro+ versions!

Before I bite the bullet and buy this "Radeon RX 7900 XT" I just wanna double check it'll work ok with my monitor as I've just seen someone else's thread (https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/threads/worth-dumping-my-gysnc-monitor-for-7900xt.18972632/) about a Gsync monitor that might not work with this card.

My monitor (AOC CU34G2X/BK 3440X1440 VA 144HZ Curved Gaming Monitor) has Freesync so just wanna double check that will work ok with this GPU ?
Just remember to turn it on in the monitor menu. As my LG option was well hidden.

Is this Radeon RX 7900 XT any good with VR? Haven't got a headset yet but would be something I'd like to look into later this year.
