4gb of corsair xms3 1600 7-8-7-20

Windows 7 ultimate x64

And its using 1,2gb of ram.

Already tried setting overscan and it made it look worse.

I don't see why you should be getting low memory errors unless all the RAM isn't being recognised for some reason.

Perhaps you're getting memory errors because of the RAM timings.

XMS3, certainly that sold now, is rated for 9-9-9-24 so perhaps you've tightened the timings too much.

Try it a 9-9-9-24 and see if the errors go away.

Mine are set 7-8-7-20 by XMP and were advertised as such when I bought them.

Played Rift with full everything including supersampling and confused more ram than crysis without issue

Silly question.. have you actually updated your graphics drivers yet? Is it showing as a 6xxx series card in the catalyst?

Yeah I have.

Playing Minecraft caused the same error to pop up, minecraft was using 800mb, crysis2 about 1.3gb and rift (which ran fine on full with supersampling) was 1.2gb.

Probably gunna get some new ram when funds allow.
