Using the Raptor for music and videos would be a waste of a good drive. I'd say put Windows XP and Music on the raid and games on the Raptor. ;)

if you put the OS on the raptor i gaurantee you it will load so fast you will be amazed, i boot into windows maybe twice as fast as my other comps and i have 4 hard disks in this comp 2 raptors and 2 samsungs, i suggest you forget RAID because it is useless, think about it 1 hard drive goes and your buggered on the other, use the raptor for OS, if you can get another raptor for games and use normal hard drives setup in a normal fashion for games, why do you need RAID for reading and writing movies and music, unless of course you are encoding but then again you would be cpu limited
