New HDD Causing BSOD

Does having multiple large hard drives in a system increase the amount of physical memory that is used in your system, ive noticed my physical memory has gone up about 5-10%

Used to hover around 20-30% but now its around 30-40%.

I have atm
1x640GB
1x2TB
1x4TB
1x6TB

Cant believe all this started after inserting a 6TB Drive, wish I had never purchased them now, I downloaded blue screen viewer and used fraps to show all 4 blue screen messages, you can see the date / time stamp on each one as well.
