yeah agreed, can't go wrong with either a 7600 non X or a 13500 at this price point. It is a noticeable uplift from the 5600X system I was using until a few days ago. Generally seeing better FPS on my 4080 across the board.7600X slightly faster ST? Not much in it though. Both great gaming cpu's for £250
depends what you do but my 10400f with rx6700xr crushes mw2 at 1440pso the rest of the 13th gen chips are out. very well priced imo. something like the 13500f for £240? sounds decent bang for buck.
thoughts?
im on a 10400f at the mo with a 3060ti , seriously thinking about upgrading to one of these.
B660m-D4 are up to it
Which one is that? Asus B660M-A? I'd say you'd be fine in games, according to TPU's review, I think the average power consumption was only 88 watts, but would I want to run longer-term productivity loads like blender? Umm, no, not unless it was limited to a 65 watt profile (in which case, you might as well buy a 13700 non-K). That said, if you're buying it for gaming then the 12400F is generally more than fine anyway.
Yes, sorry my board is B660M-A WiFi D4.
