Same logo, recreated in 5 mins, with transparency, and working from the JPEG from the shop. Majority of time spent removing the black bg.

Your designer should be able to do the same with the logo files in minutes.

Also, the glow looks terrible.

No but then we've been asking for themes forever and nobody ever listens which is why the black theme has come about as an unofficial "hack".

Also, why does the image have outer glow applied? And why does the reflection fade out on the left but not the right?
