Hopefully this doesn't get moved to the mobiles section as there are other issues involved here.
Basically yesterday I ordered a new mobile from T-mobile. I paid £46 for the handset incl delivery. Basically it was guaranteed before 1pm and has arrived at all, despite the Royal mail website claiming it was delivered. So at this point I'm left without a mobile (not that it's a major issue but I am paying for it), out of £46, with some dishonest neighbour/postie texting away with my D900 - T-mobile have placed a block on calls/texts though.
Where do I stand with this? I've called T-mobile, they say that I must wait 72 hours on the signature being received from RM and atm from their point of view the contract is valid and I can't cancel..
Am I right in thinking it's T-mobiles responsibility to get the phone to me as opposed to them passing the buck onto RM? TBH, it's as though they believe I have the phone, but just trying to get out of the contract.
Any advice greatly appreciated
