New Nintendo Stars website launched- Swap stars for wii points!

It won't allow me to register my second Wii and copy of Wii Sports. Grrr - they're worth 1000 stars now! If anyone wants to swap their codes with me for some 1250 stars, let me know.

//I have now managed to fix this. I unlinked my club mail from the Wii shopping channel in the settings part and then re added it and I now seem able to log in without the error. Hope this helps anyone else.

bit late now though as there are no points left.

Edit: didn't work for me anyway.

What crazy way are nintendo doing this! There are only 100 point cards left and you can only buy 2 per day. Why would they limit the cards availiable?!
 
Well having just registered Mario Galaxy I now have 3250 stars which it seems isn't even enough for one N64 game :( Will have to see what SNES games are up since I last checked !

It's as if there's no central system that organises the numbers on the physical cards you buy, and the ones they generate. Therefore, they can't keep up. Either that or it's a bizarre way to steady or control the number of cards sold per day and to keep people coming back to the site.

Can't quite fathom why they don't do all of the Stars -> Points on the Wii itself anyway...

It's early days yet though.
 
Never bothered registering stars before, just went through all my games and registered them, got 2500 stars :D
 
Kreeee - don't know if it'll be any use to you, but you can now give VC games as Gifts from the Shop. I wouldn't mind getting a game or two for you if we can do something with your stars.
 
****. Thought he may be connected to the UK network, despite having a US console. Do you get the UK VC releases then Kreeee, or US?
